If after 90 days from date of agreement you are not fully satisfied with the bottom-line value provided by Trans-Man Logistics, Inc, this agreement will become null and void by such notice from you, the customer.  Service fees paid to Trans-Man Logistics, Inc. by you during this period will be immediately reimbursed.
